The Emerging Technologies Working Group is exploring the chat router to see if this function, currently available through LibraryH3lp, will help distribute the workload and reduce the number of notifications sent to all providers scheduled.
The pilot will test the tool in live service conditions, as previous exploration by the Working Group members in a limited testing environment did not provide a complete view of how it functions in practice.
