Based on feedback from service providers during the initial trial period (two weeks in January 2026), the Emerging Technologies Working Group recommended a longer trial of the chat router over the summer. This extended trial will provide an opportunity to test the feature over two terms and better understand if the router helps distribute workload and reduce the number of notifications sent to all service providers.
