As part of work led by the Emerging Technologies Working Group, these FAQs support the one-week pilot of LibraryH3lp’s Chat Router, scheduled for Monday, January 12 to Sunday, January 18, 2026. The purpose of this pilot is to evaluate the tool in real service conditions, as the previous trial of this tool by the working group, conducted in a limited testing environment, did not offer a full picture of its capabilities.
