What can I do if a guest login is not working?
If you notice that an institution's Guest Login is not working, follow these steps:
- Check with your colleagues in Campfire to see if it's a system-wide issue.
- If it's not working for anyone, please email the Admin Centre or contact the local coordinator directly (contact information for coordinators is at the bottom of each library's policy page).
- Include details of what steps you took and the resources you were trying to access
- If possible, include screenshots
- If it affects only you, please try copying and pasting the login and password or try typing. If this doesn't work, try a different browser.
- Do your best to help the student with their question. You may need to refer them to their library, ask them to come back the next day, or transfer them to another service provider.
