Why are there no questions coming in?
If there's don't seem to be any questions coming in on your shift, please check the following:
- Check to make sure you have selected all your queues under "Staffing Assignments" in the LibraryH3lp webclient
- Check the Current Chats tool to see if you're showing as staffing the appropriate queues
- Check in Campfire to see if your colleagues on shift are seeing calls come in
- Check one of the chat boxes on a library's website to make sure they are open and working. If they aren't, contact the Admin Centre immediately. If they are open, be patient and wait for your first call to arrive.
