If you've forgotten your password on the AskAway website, you can request a new password by following the steps below:
1) On the login page, click Request new password tab, enter your username or email address, and click E-mail new password
2) You'll receive an email with a one-time link and instructions for resetting your password. Click this link or copy and paste it into your browser
3) Click Log in to login using the one-time link
4) Click "My account" in the top right
5) Click the Edit tab near the centre of the page
6) Enter a new password
7) Click Save to save your changes
If the password reset doesn't work, contact your local coordinator. If it's urgent and you can't reach your local coordinator, contact the Admin Centre.
