If I'm staffing only my library's institutional queue, should I also be in Campfire?

If you're staffing only your institutional queue, please don't login to Campfire. We'd like to keep Campfire available only for those who are staffing their AskAway shifts.

If you are the last person staffing your institutional queue for the day, aim to wrap-up all chats on your queue before signing off. To wrap-up any ongoing chats but not receive any new ones, set your status to "Busy." See this FAQ What status should I use on my shifts? for more information. If you do have a chat in progress that you need to transfer at the end of your shift, please sign into Campfire and ask if someone on AskAway is able to take the transfer.
